Source check dates and coverage

Latest research coverage: Public Trello checked 2026-09-10T01:32:37.446Z: 318 cards compared, 23 documentation changes. Roblox checked 2026-09-10T01:42:30.890Z. Discord: 13 public text channels, two identical complete discoveries with stable bottom reads.. 12 channels checked; gamenights history explicitly permission-denied. 74-hour overlap; FAQ, changelogs and role-reacts also rechecked to history start. 81 fresh entries, not 81 new posts. Three previously missing September 8 gameplay announcements and one September 9 notification notice were verified. Other newly collected entries include older already-published facts and community posts. No live-game tests. Private, deleted and inaccessible messages are not covered. Trello edits remain WIP documentation, not confirmed live patches.

Staff clarification: codes are not implemented; this is not an official Wiki

Dated staff notice · 2026-09-12 UTC

The September 12 server notice explicitly says codes are not implemented. It also says the team currently has a Trello and is making its own Wiki; the Wiki sites appearing in search results are not official or made by its curators. ForgottenStories.org is an independent player guide, not the planned official Wiki.

This is a staff clarification, not a feature launch or a claim that codes can never be added. No official Wiki launch date or replacement URL was supplied. Do not follow invented redemption steps or treat this guide as developer endorsement.

A separate changelog notification role is available

Dated staff notice · 2026-09-09 UTC

The September 9 server notice announces a changelogs ping role in role-reacts for updates in changelogs. Players who want balance notices should look for that role rather than assuming the Sneaks or Gamenights role covers it.

This is a community notification option, not a game patch or reward. No role was selected during this review. Gamenights history remains permission-denied for the research account; no event schedule or prize is inferred from the visible channel name.

This guide is independent; no official Wiki affiliation is claimed

Official FAQ clarification · 2026-08-21 UTC · edited 2026-09-06

The revised official FAQ says the developers are not affiliated with any currently available Wiki. It describes a plan for their own Wiki after approval and continues to link the public Trello as a work-in-progress source. ForgottenStories.org is an independent player guide, not that planned official Wiki and not endorsed by the developer.

No approved Wiki launch date or new official Wiki URL was established in the checked message. Trello documentation can contain errors, and collecting it does not make this site's interpretations official. The original FAQ post is from August 21; its Wiki wording was edited later, not newly posted today.

Gamenights and content-creator applications have separate conditions

Dated staff notice · 2026-09-06 UTC

The September 6 server notice introduces a gamenights channel and a game-night ping role available through role-reacts. Staff describe irregular events that may include prizes, not a fixed schedule or guaranteed reward. The updated content-creator notice says there is no follower or subscriber threshold, but applicants must have at least one Forgotten Stories post or video before contacting Luthar or JohnMage.

The current account could discover gamenights but was explicitly denied its message history. No event dates, prize values or instructions from that channel are presented as collected. Creator-role applications and notification roles are different processes; no account action was performed during research.

Practical route

Putting it into practice

  1. 01

    Use the permanent invite

Open the verified server destination rather than copying an invite from a third-party page.

  2. 02

    Choose the right public channel

Announcements, changelogs, FAQ, Sneaks, notices, rules, verification, roles, lore, fan art, videos, referral links and gamenights serve different purposes. History access varies by channel.

  3. 03

Separate staff facts from community signals

Only staff-maintained official content supports core mechanics and news claims.

How we check sources →

Direct answers

Common questions

Is the Discord official?

Yes. The permanent invite is published on the public Trello and matches the verified server identity.

How much of the Discord was checked?

The September 8 review discovered 13 visible text channels and collected 155 entries: seven public channels in full (FAQ, changelogs, announcements, notices, lore, rules and referral links), plus five readable channels over 49 hours. Gamenights explicitly denied history access. Prior history is retained; older edits outside the five windowed channels' cutoff are not claimed as rechecked.

Does the Discord snapshot include private channels?

No. It does not claim hidden, role-gated, deleted, or private coverage.

Can community messages in Discord prove game facts?

No. Core facts require official staff messages or another primary source.
